We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Airfreight & Express (3PL)
Location: Subang Jaya
Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000 + Incentives
Join a growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider and play a key role in driving business growth across Airfreight & Express solutions. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can develop new business and build strong client partnerships in the logistics space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within Airfreight & Express (3PL solutions)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless logistics execution
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3PL / Airfreight / Express / Freight Forwarding
• Proven track record in business development or sales within logistics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
