Job Overview
We are partnering with a well-established banking institution to hire an experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to support strategic technology hiring initiatives. This role requires a highly driven recruitment professional who is capable of managing end-to-end hiring processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in technology recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent market advisory within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and IT-related positions
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
• Influence and negotiate job scopes and hiring expectations based on market conditions
• Develop and execute effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessment coordination
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights to stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technology roles
• Ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets and hiring objectives
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Tech / IT Recruitment
• Strong experience hiring for complex technology and digital roles
• Prior exposure to Banking or Financial Services recruitment is an added advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation, advisory, and influencing capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
