Customer Service Ambassador
Location: Glenmarie HiCOM, Selangor
Salary: RM2,400 (Negotiable Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional customer service
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries efficiently
Manage customer appointments and scheduling arrangements
Update and maintain daily sales records and reports accurately
Perform general administrative and coordination tasks
Ensure smooth daily front desk and customer service operations
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification
Good communication skills in English
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in customer service, receptionist, front desk, or administrative roles is an added advantage
Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
Well-groomed, responsible, and customer-oriented personality
Malaysian citizens only
Candidates aged 18 years old and above are encouraged to apply

Monday – Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Alternate Sundays)
Off Day
1 day off per week (Saturday)
