Salary: RM2,500 + Night Shift Allowance (Up to RM300)
Contract Duration: 1 Month / 45 Days / 2 Months
Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Associates to support an international customer service project. This role involves handling customer inquiries through chat and email while ensuring excellent service experience.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via chat and email
Provide accurate information and timely support
Resolve customer issues professionally
Maintain service quality and response standards
Support day-to-day customer service operations
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification
Good command of English
Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage
Basic computer and typing skills
Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
Working Details
5 working days per week
24/7 rotational shifts
Training provided (40 hours)
Public holidays follow Malaysian calendar

15 June – 45 Days Contract
18 June – 45 Days Contract
25 June – 1 Month Contract
