Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Panama City, Panama

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development & Sales (75%)
Execute multi-channel business development campaigns via LinkedIn, email, phone and networking.
Identify, approach and qualify new prospects across LATAM.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
Prepare client presentations, proposals and commercial documents.
Schedule and participate in qualification meetings with prospects and clients.
Strengthen SPERTON LATAM's visibility on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Represent SPERTON at business events, trade fairs and networking activities.
Support the development of strategic partnerships across the region.
Administrative & Operational Support (25%)
Manage day-to-day office administration, scheduling and correspondence.
General accounting, back-office, administration tasks
Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes for the LATAM Director.
Support recruitment coordination and client follow-up activities.
Coordinate communication with SPERTON teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Assist with documentation, CRM updates and operational reporting.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Relations or similar.
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer service or professional services.
Experience within recruitment, consulting, outsourcing or HR services is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Panamanian and/or LATAM business environment is highly desirable.
Valid work authorization in Panama.
SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALITIES:
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Portuguese is considered an advantage.
Proficient in LinkedIn, CRM systems and Microsoft/Google Office Suite.
Strong commercial mindset and passion for prospecting and relationship building.
Highly organized with excellent administrative skills.
Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to grow with the business.
