Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our oil refinery plant. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring high equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance of refinery equipment including pumps, compressors, boilers, motors, pipelines, and rotating equipment.
Supervise mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead and mentor the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to maximize plant reliability.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain maintenance records and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7–10 years of maintenance experience in an oil refinery or petrochemical plant.
Strong knowledge of refinery equipment, welding, fabrication, mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Hands-on experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and shutdown maintenance.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Age: 35–40 years.
Medically fit to work in a refinery environment.
