🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
💼 Experience: 7–12 Years (Minimum 5 years in Lubricants, Automotive, Industrial Chemicals, or FMCG)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive the global marketing initiatives for our growing Lubricants & Greases business. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong experience in brand management, product marketing, digital campaigns, distributor support, and international market development.
You will work closely with Sales, Technical, Product Development, and Commercial teams to strengthen brand visibility, accelerate business growth, and support our expanding distributor network across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and other international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Product Marketing
Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive brand positioning and awareness across global markets.
Lead product launches for automotive, industrial, marine, and specialty lubricants.
Create impactful marketing collateral, technical literature, presentations, and sales toolkits.
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Improve website traffic, SEO/SEM performance, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
Track digital marketing KPIs and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Distributor & Trade Marketing
Support global distributors with promotional campaigns, branding, product launches, and marketing materials.
Develop distributor marketing toolkits and dealer engagement programs.
Plan trade promotions, merchandising initiatives, and retail branding activities.
Events & Market Development
Lead participation in international exhibitions such as Automechanika, ADIPEC, Lubricant Expo, and other industry events.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities in export markets.
Marketing Operations
Manage annual marketing budgets and agency relationships.
Coordinate packaging, artwork, and product label development.
Support CRM initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and sales enablement activities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
7–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in Lubricants, Automotive, Industrial Chemicals, or FMCG.
Strong experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
Exposure to international/export markets and distributor management is highly preferred.
Knowledge of automotive & industrial lubricants, OEM specifications (API, ACEA, ILSAC, JASO), and packaging regulations is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM tools, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. SAP Business One & Power BI knowledge is a plus.
