Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Injection Technician to join our production team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining blow moulding machines to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality. This role also involves mould maintenance, machine inspections, and supporting preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and optimize blow moulding machine operations.
Clean, polish, and maintain moulds and related spare parts.
Perform mould installation, configuration, and necessary adjustments.
Ensure proper care and handling of moulds and machines.
Inspect moulds before, during, and after installation to ensure they are in good working condition.
Monitor machine performance and identify maintenance issues for preventive maintenance.
Operate blow moulding machines and conduct routine inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in blow moulding, injection moulding, plastic manufacturing, or a related manufacturing environment are preferred.
Skills
Basic knowledge of inject moulding processes and machine operations.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
