Assignment Description
Are you an experienced Quality Manager with expertise in quality assurance, auditing, and industry standards? We are looking for a Quality Manager to maintain and further develop quality processes, standards, and documentation across a digital platform and partner network.
The role involves managing technical documentation, audit processes, quality requirements, and internal quality practices, including ISO 27001 implementation. You will collaborate with manufacturing partners, customers, and internal teams to support quality compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop technical documentation standards, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), technical datasheets, and quality-related templates.
Oversee and improve audit processes in alignment with relevant industry standards such as API 20S and DNV-ST-B203.
Plan and execute external audits of manufacturers.
Represent the client in interactions with global manufacturing partners.
Translate quality and audit requirements into functional needs for the software platform.
Collaborate with customer user groups to ensure alignment between quality processes and digital requirements.
Drive internal quality management practices, including ISO 27001 implementation, compliance monitoring, audit coordination, and corrective actions.
Requirements
Must Have
Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or standards implementation (ISO, API, DNV, etc.).
Ability to understand and work with industry standards and follow up on changes.
Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate clearly with end-users.
Capability to translate operational needs into software requirements.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
CV must be submitted in Norwegian.
Good to Have
Experience with industrial manufacturing or additive manufacturing.
Experience with digital platforms and software requirements.
Experience with ISO 9001.
