Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the development of a next-generation Savings & Investment platform with the ambition of becoming Norway’s leading investment platform.
You will work in a cross-functional product team, contributing across the full technology stack, from modern frontend applications and user experience to backend services and domain development. The role also includes contributing to the adoption of AI within engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Develop modern, user-friendly investment solutions.
Build frontend applications and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Take ownership of solutions from concept through production.
Contribute to AI adoption and engineering best practices.
Make technical decisions and contribute to engineering standards.
Requirements
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience developing RESTful BFF APIs.
Strong experience with Kotlin or Java.
Strong experience with .NET.
Experience with microservice integration.
Experience designing APIs and contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger.
Experience with OAuth2/JWT authentication and authorization.
Experience with monorepos and micro-frontends.
Experience developing reusable components and design systems.
Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG.
Experience with automated testing and frontend performance optimization.
Experience with frontend bundlers such as Vite, Webpack, Nx, or Turborepo.
Practical experience with LLMs, AI-assisted development, or AI integration.
Experience guiding or supporting AI adoption in engineering.
Experience with AWS.
Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Good to Have
Experience with Maven or Gradle.
Experience with GitLab/GitHub CI/CD.
Experience with pnpm workspaces.
Experience with feature flags, A/B testing, and progressive rollout.
Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering standards.
