About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Director / Senior Director – US New Business Development to drive net-new revenue growth across the US broadband market.
This is a highly strategic, hands-on sales role for a proven business development professional with deep relationships across US broadband operators, MSOs, ISPs, fiber providers, and utility broadband organizations.
This is not a sales management or account farming role. The successful candidate will personally originate, develop, and close new business opportunities while carrying an individual revenue quota.
Key Responsibilities:
Personally originate and close net-new business with US broadband operators.
Carry and achieve an individual new-business revenue quota.
Build and execute strategic account plans across national, regional, and targeted broadband operators.
Leverage existing relationships to access senior decision-makers and key influencers.
Drive consultative sales conversations with stakeholders across Engineering, GIS, Network Data, OSP, Fiber Engineering, Network Planning, Construction, and Operations.
Sell solutions across:
GIS Transformation and Modernization
Network Data Management and Data Quality
FTTH/FTTx and Fiber Network Design
HFC Design and Modernization
OSP Engineering and Planning
Managed Engineering and Professional Services
Develop strategic partnerships that generate introductions, pipeline, co-selling opportunities, and revenue.
Work closely with engineering, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.
Required Experience:
15+ years of experience in US broadband, telecommunications sales, or new business development.
Proven experience winning new customers and closing complex services engagements.
A strong and current personal network within:
MSOs
Broadband operators
Fiber providers
ISPs
Regional and rural broadband providers
Municipal and utility broadband organizations
Demonstrate experience carrying and achieving an individual sales quota.
Strong understanding of FTTH/FTTx, HFC, OSP, broadband engineering, network planning, and network operations.
Experience selling engineering services, GIS/data solutions, professional services, managed services, or transformation programs.
Strong executive communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and commercial skills.
Ability to travel nationally across the United States.
Critical Requirement:
Candidates must have current, direct, and personal transferable relationships with decision-makers inside US broadband operators.

Ideal Candidate:
You are a hands-on new-business hunter who has personally built relationships, opened doors, won new logos, and closed complex services engagements within the US broadband industry.
You bring a strong operator-side network, understand broadband engineering and network transformation challenges, and have the credibility to engage senior stakeholders and convert relationships into meaningful revenue opportunities.
