Job Title – AGM (Automation and Productivity)

Role Overview
The Automation Project Management drives the planning, delivery, and evolution of AI, RPA, and enterprise workflow automation initiatives across the organization.
This role owns the solution roadmap, aligns priorities with business objectives, and ensures successful execution of automation programs across markets and functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Roadmap Ownership
Define, update, and execute the automation roadmap across Automation Agenda AI, RPA, and workflow solutions and enhance productivity
Align strategic initiatives with corporate goals, customer expectations, and emerging market opportunities.
Maintain visibility of project milestones, dependencies, and timelines across business locations.
2. Automation Expertise
Evaluate Export and Import Process and find out the opportunity for Automation and improvement
Evaluate automation opportunities and conceptualize scalable solutions different digital solution
Partner with internal technology teams and external vendors to architect and deploy modern automation capabilities.
Champion process transformation using orchestration, intelligent extraction, and decision automation tools.
2. Productivity Expertise
Conduct Time and Motion across different process of Import and export to reach out for optimum number of resources
Have in-depth knowledge of any TMS platform (Transport management system)
Open for travel to different countries.
Champion process transformation using KAIZEN, Lean and Six Sigma
3. Cross-Functional Delivery
Translate business requirements into detailed workflows, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Data, and Product teams to ensure robust design, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Promote innovation, collaboration, and reusable automation design standards across the organization.
4. Estimation, Planning & Prioritization
Scope requirements and accurately estimate development effort, dependencies, and resource needs.
Build and maintain project plans and sprint backlogs, including risk mitigation and stakeholder reporting.
Prioritize initiatives based on business case analysis, effort, ROI, and operational urgency.
5. User-Centric Development & Adoption
Engage business owners and end users for requirement discovery, prototyping, feedback cycles, and pilot rollout.
Track adoption, collect feedback post-deployment, and drive continuous optimization.
Identify new automation use cases and expansion opportunities across business units and geographies.
6. Performance & Outcome Measurement
Define success criteria, operational KPIs, and business-case metrics for each automation initiative.
Monitor realized outcomes such as productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction, and error elimination.
Present impact results and pipeline visibility to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ of experience in Operation excellence , productivity excellence , automation program delivery, digital transformation, or technology project management.
Good to have Hands-on or exposure to manage Six Sigma Projects ,AI/ML projects , RPA projects (UiPath, AA, BluePrism, etc.), workflow orchestration projects , OCR/IDP projects , or integration stacks (API)
Strong process understanding of operations, preferably in logistics or large-scale transactional environments.
Demonstrated capability to manage cross-functional, multi-region projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with experience defining value cases, performance metrics, and ROI.

Clear execution of automation roadmap and realize business case of at least 2Mn$/Annum
5% productivity, accuracy, and turnaround improvements every year
