About the job
Design and develop embedded systems for our products, both Hardware and Firmware
Detailed knowledge of analog and digital design, including schematic capture and board layout
Learn common electronic communication protocols (such as WIFI, USB, Bluetooth)
Good amount of core experience in the field of embedded systems design and programming, or must have completed a 6-month certified course in C programming / Embedded systems
Prototype testing and analysis
Programming and debugging embedded systems firmware
Development of product on test specifications and procedures
Prepare and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM)
Train & guide a team of hardware technicians & Firmware engineers for product development in terms of schematic, layout design, sample testing, reliability testing, Firmware development before field trials & mass production
Use of simulation software to validate circuits
Perform design robustness analyses (FMEA, Product Risk Analysis)
Help the testing team conduct tests @ Labs for EMI, EMC, IEC, and CE compliance
Help develop the documentation necessary for product certifications US FDA / CE Marking
Participate to create prototype & reliability tests
