Assignment Description
Ready to take ownership of IAM projects in a complex enterprise environment? We are looking for an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead initiatives across multiple companies, HR systems and identity platforms.
You’ll work with a centralised Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solution connecting multiple Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID environments. The role brings together project leadership, IAM, security, compliance and integration, with close collaboration across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
Lead IAM projects across multiple companies, HR systems and directory environments.
Drive centralised access management and standardisation across the organisation.
Align IAM architecture with business, security and compliance requirements.
Own scope, deliverables, requirements traceability, workstream plans, timelines, budget and RAID management.
Coordinate identity integrations, joiner/mover/leaver processes and access flows.
Oversee provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access, testing and solution governance.
Lead cross-functional teams, stakeholder forums, vendors and implementation partners, including policy-enforcement readiness.
Drive BAU transition, track milestones and risks, and manage blockers, escalations and reporting.
Requirements
Proven experience as an IAM Project Manager leading complex IAM initiatives.
Strong experience with IAM and IAM architecture.
Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID.
Strong experience with RAID management, dependencies, risks and escalations.
Experience coordinating technical, security, HR, compliance and business stakeholders.
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
