About the Role
One of our client is looking for a creative and driven Videographer / Content Creator to capture our team's journey and transform it into engaging, high-quality content across social media.
This is a hands-on role where you'll film, edit, publish, and grow our content presence while traveling with the team and documenting everything from daily work to major company milestones.
If you love storytelling, building brands, and creating content from start to finish, this role offers a unique opportunity to become part of a fast-growing startup from the beginning.
What You’ll Do
Film the team's daily activities using professional camera equipment.
Capture content in the office, during travel, and at company events.
Edit and publish approximately three videos per week.
Manage and grow the company's Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn channels.
Create engaging content that increases followers, views, and brand awareness.
Produce social media assets and visual brand content.
Support light graphic design and branding projects.
Assist with merchandise design (optional but valuable).
Who You Are
Experience filming, editing, and publishing video content independently.
Ability to manage the complete content creation workflow.
Experience shooting with professional camera equipment.
Strong video editing skills.
Experience managing social media platforms.
Understanding of social media growth and audience engagement.
Strong creative eye and consistent visual style.
Willingness to travel frequently with the team.
Comfortable working full-time on-site in Chattanooga.
