Service Engineer

Keep life-changing medical technology running — assemble, test and service devices while solving customer challenges in the field and remotely.

Assembly of Medical products based on work instructions/procedures using specified tools,

measuring instruments, jigs & fixtures.

➢ Perform repair/ service of product and boards by analysing the failure using electrical

schematics and technical knowledge both at factory and at customer place.

➢ Product testing, troubleshooting, calibration and using test equipment for

measuring/analysing electrical/physical parameters.

➢ Follow processes & documentation within QMS /regulatory framework.

➢ Independently perform software installations/upgrades/debugging/demo etc

➢ Travelling out of station at short notice to Customer locations and interfacing with Customers

to address their queries /fix product related issues/product installation/product

maintenance.

➢ Provide online & telephonic support to Customers on any software /application/Product

related queries.

Qualificaiton : Diploma, BE / BTech – Biomedical / Electroncis

Experience : 2 years in medical device service engineer medical device produc
