Responsibilities:
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Guiding Teams: Provide expert guidance to project teams on contract matters, helping them navigate complexities and ensure successful outcomes.
- Spotting Opportunities: Identify potential risks and lucrative opportunities within contracts, ensuring smooth execution of commercial aspects.
- Leading Strategy: Develop strategies for time/cost claims and support dispute resolution processes, liaising with legal teams as needed.
- Setting Standards: Implement standardized contract management practices, documenting any issues uncovered during the closeout process.
- Crafting Agreements: Lead in drafting and finalizing settlement agreements, leveraging insights from legal experts to protect our interests.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Italian laws and regulations, demonstrating proficiency in contracts executed under Italian law.
Background:
Here's what you'll need:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English is a must, with proficiency in other languages considered a bonus.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Law will set you up for success.
- Experience: You should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in EPC projects, especially in power generation and transmission.
- Expertise: Demonstrated skills in project change management, claim management, and contract administration are crucial.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous exposure to Italian power transmission projects would be highly advantageous.
