Key Responsibilities:
- Job Descriptions: Create and update job descriptions with hiring managers.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking to find candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and manage interview schedules.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate employment terms.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and paperwork.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as a great place to work.
- Compliance: Ensure legal and policy compliance in hiring processes.
