Sales Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving international sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our shipping services to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the domestic and international shipping market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and visits.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA in Marketing.
- Proven track record of success of atleast 3-5yrs in hardcore sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
