PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Responsible for providing monthly performance review MIS to the Mangement & Corporate FP&A
• Responsible for Yearly Budgeting Exercise by way of co-ordiantion with all departments. 
• Monitoring of Budget Vs Actuals productlinewise for variances of all the parameters.
• Preparing Presentations for Startegies, CMD Review, Quarterly Board Review
  Supporting business for Analysing Make Vs Buy Decision, Various Cost Savings Proposals
• Responsible for providing Pricing approvals to Export Sales & Domestic Sales team
  Release of Sales Orders in SAP post approval as per DOA
• Monitoring of Inventory Valuation, provision working, Physical Stock Take
  Supervising maintainance of SAP data related to Costing and Routing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Responsible for Yearly Budgeting Exercise by way of co-ordiantion with all departments and analysis of variances on Monthly Basis for all KPI's
• Responsible for providing monthly performance review MIS viz . Working Board to the MD , CFO & Corporate FP&A
• Responsible for preparation of LRP for T&H Business as per the inputs from all stakeholders with all assumptions.
• Preparing for monthly Working Board Review Meetings in co-ordination with plant for all operational parameteres
• Supporting CFO & CEO for Monthly CMD Review
• Preparing Quarterly Board Meeting ppt for JKFEL,JKTL and Consolidated Financials of RPAL & MPPL
• Business partnering by way of Monitoring daily new quotes & pricing approvals to Domestic & Export Sales
• Responsible for evaluation of Cost Savings ideas & Make Vs Buy Decision for current & New Products
• Responsible for checking and evaluation of Capex Proposals for Payback and IRR including strategic projects
• Fully involved in IPO , Due Diligence, Merger activities including dealing with External agencies
• Monitoring of Inventory Valuation, provision working, Physical Stock Take
• Supervising maintenance of SAP data related to Costing and Routing
• Providing Quick Estimates to the Management on Day 1 and Working Board by Day 5 of next month.
• Supporting opeations by way of providing SKUwise costing for ancilliaries including all the revisions as per change in assumptions
• Supporting Finance department by way of explaining business prioirtiies or implementation of Strategic Decision
• Providing data to Internal Auditors as and when required.
• Providing data to External Auditors on quarterly basis for Sales & Inventory with key variation Analysis.
• Reponsible for implementing SAP confilguration for new vertical or product as per Business requirement.
  Nurturing and Enggaging Team for daily activitiies & imparting knowledge to the team

Education Qualification: CA/ICWA

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Preferable with previous experience of 7-13 years working in MIS & Costing.
• good understanding of Accounts & Finance activities.
• Knowledge of SAP CO module and routing , Cost Accounting Standards , Industry Benchmark practices.
• Analytical Thinking , Knowledge of S4Hana SAP

Experience required

a)Has full knowledge on Advanced Excel and should be good at visualising data and analysis
b)Very good communication skills
c)Prior experience of working in MIS & Costing function is must
d) Expert Knowledge of SAP in FICO, SD, MM
