Specialist- Export Sales
A leading manufacturer of steel files is looking for Export Sales- Middle East
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to assist to achieve business target in Middle East region and new business development in identified product category
Experience required:
- Post qualification experience of 4-8 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Tools & Hardware Industry with good exposure to selling and distribution into International markets.
- Handled international sales and marketing in cross cultural environment of Middle East/Asia/Africa
Key performance goals:
A) To develop cutting tools & abrasives business for International Business (identify mkt, develop products, packing, pricing, seeding & aligning network)
B) Develop new types of drills through in-house production and outsourcing.
C) To identify and add new buyers for files, drills & HT
Technical & Professional Knowledge required
- Exports / International Sales for Middle East/Asia/Africa.
- Exposure to Tools & Hardware Industry or similar industry.
- Awareness of global ecomoic trends
- Market Intelligence
- Business Acumen and Analysis of Data

- Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for achieving revenue and profitability goals of all products.
• Assist to evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques and strategies to increase the region's sales volume.
• Ensure timely sales and collections & measuring receivables as per budget. Minimizing Overdue.
• To ensure inter departmental coordination for sales operations
• Coordinating with Marketing team for Promotions and branding necessary in the region through new channels.
• Assist to prepare market expansion plans of existing market and increase the market share with launch plans & business strategies.
• To identify and develop new markets in foreign countries.
• Assit to promote Brand and position it in the Global market by various promotional activities
• Participate in Trade Shows -Product presentation & applications
• Know market potential and analyse competitors and manage marketplace. Generate Review mechanism on feedback from markets.
• Track the progress on global prospects and determine the market demand and build the sales
• Coordination with marketing team for packaging development
