Job Description: Manager IT (70% System Implementation and 30% Hardware)

• Develop and execute the overall IT strategy

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of IT projects

• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources

• Monitor, evaluate and develop the performance of existing and new IT systems,

• Lead efforts to develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors

• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Work closely with cross functional departments

• Build and maintain a skilled IT team

• Lead the integration of new systems and technologies

• Drive automation and process improvement across the organization.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering.

• A Master’s degree or relevant certifications

Work Experience

• Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in IT field (Working in an EPC or engineering industry) and

minimum 3-5 years in leadership role.

• Elevator industry experience will be preferred.
