Key Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase Orders (PO) as per indents and ensure timely material procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to follow up on materials and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage inventory efficiently to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Facilitate the creation of new vendor codes based on sourcing team requests.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports on material availability.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely vendor payments and advances.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Engineering.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, with experience in imports procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM module is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
