We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician – Cementing with direct experience working on Jereh Cementing Fleet to join our operations team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and hydraulic background, with proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain Jereh cementing equipment in field and workshop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance Tasks:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various tractor models.
• Overhaul diesel engines, transmissions, and gearboxes.
• Service and maintain high-pressure reciprocating pumps (Power End).
• Overhaul and maintain centrifugal pumps.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems on field units.
• Perform certified-quality welding and fabrication work.
• Repair and calibrate instrumentation and control systems across cementing units.
• Provide on-site support during equipment breakdowns, including roadside or field service.
• Troubleshoot and repair non-standard equipment without part book manuals.
• Identify and maintain an optimized inventory of critical spare parts using equipment manuals.

Jereh Cementing Fleet Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on Jereh Single Pump, Twin Pump, Batch Mixers and Jereh Triplex Pumps.
• Perform complete service and overhauls on Jereh Cementing Skids, Units, and Twin Pumpers.
• Ensure proper functioning of Jereh blending and mixing systems, including density control mechanisms.
• Carry out pressure testing, calibration, and preventative maintenance procedures as per Jereh OEM standards.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure Jereh fleet performance is aligned with job requirements.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Jereh Cementing Equipment is mandatory.
• 6–8 years of relevant oilfield maintenance experience.
• Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Proficient in reading schematics and equipment manuals.
• Valid Kuwait Light and/or Heavy Duty Driving License.
• Ability to travel and respond to field breakdowns on short notice.
