Hiring For Operations Executive to Operations Manager

Role and Responsibilities -
➢ Handling bookings for B2B & B2C clients
➢ Manage international tours from planning to execution, ensuring seamless travel experiences for
clients. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, travel agent, and team members to ensure smooth
operations.
➢ Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and other relevant documents
➢ Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly through effective communication.

Skills Required:
➢ Good Knowledge of GDS/CRS
➢ Should be well versed with CRS Entries preferably Amadeus, Hotel, Travel and Cruise Packages.
➢ Must Know basic travel terminology and travel geography.
➢ Familiarization with Foreign currency exchange procedures, World Time Zones, Inbound and Outbound Itinerary
development.
➢ Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
➢ Handle any customer concerns, complaints, or requests, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining customer
satisfaction.
➢ Keep track of financial transactions (if required) and supplier invoices.
Educational Requirements:
➢ Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or Diploma in Travel + any graduate/12th pass.
➢ Proven experience as a Travel coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the holiday travel segment.
➢ Need to work on travel booking systems and software.
➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results within
deadlines.
➢ Flexible to work as per UK shift and WFH Permanently.
