Job Responsibilities:

• Your duties include but not limited to develop business opportunities in
  diverse market segments. 
• Plan, implement and monitor sales strategies to generate occupancy, room nights and revenue. 
• Responsible for achieving sales target allocated and exceed established budget by the Sales Management.
• Achieve a weekly or monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales
  meetings and new accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor’s rates, sales and promotion activities and
  provide solutions and feedbacks to the Management.

What We're Looking For:

• Past experiences with Travel Agency will be an added advantage.
• A self-starter, possess a sales mindset, experience in cold calling is a must.
• Experience in B2C outside sales at least 1-2 years.
• Excellent computer skills, must include Excel and skills in database
  management and record keeping.
• Proven track record of success of the sales cycle from plan to close
