We have requirement of SAP FI CO Senior Consultant, he will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
across our organization. He will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes,
optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and translate them into efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of SAP FI CO modules, including gathering business
requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance and support to business stakeholders on SAP FI CO functionalities, best practices,
Custom solutions, 3rd party integrations and industry standards.
• Configure and maintain SAP FI CO master data, Standard configuration, chart of accounts, cost elements, cost
centres, profit centres, and other relevant processes.
• Develop and implement financial reporting solutions using SAP Report Painter, Report Writer, and SAP Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate SAP FI CO with other business-critical
systems, such as SAP MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Support in regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal controls.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and support teams to enhance SAP FI CO proficiency and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP releases, patches, and industry trends to recommend and implement system enhancements and upgrades proactively.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FI CO-related projects, initiatives, and support tickets, resolving complex issues and driving sustainable solutions.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects and support services.
• Define and enforce SAP FI CO best practices, standards, and governance processes to maintain system stability, scalability, and data integrity.
• Drive strategic initiatives to optimize SAP FI CO processes, enhance system performance, and align with business objectives, such as cost reduction, revenue growth, and compliance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, accounting, procurement, and IT teams, to understand business requirements, assess system capabilities, and propose innovative solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications, system configurations, and test plans.
• Lead the resolution of escalated SAP FI CO issues, incidents, and service requests, following Tickets on incident management and problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop and maintain SAP FI CO documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, training materials, and system documentation, to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, technical teams and users globally to share knowledge, leverage best practices, and contribute to the overall SAP performance and usage

Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or
professional certification (e.g., SAP FI CO Certification) is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FI CO modules,
preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 or higher, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and SAP Activate methodology.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI CO configuration, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts
Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal
• Orders, Asset accounting, Bank accounting and reconciliation process, Treasury Direct/Indirect taxation, Cost
elements, CO-PA, Product costing.
• Strong understanding of sales order processing, logistics execution, inventory management, and customer relationship
management (CRM) concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP FI CO projects on time and within budget, with a focus on delivering
tangible business value and ROI.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
