Job Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Conduct cross-functional analysis and collaborate with technology teams for solution design.
• Maintain a repository of features, data maps, and system documentation.
• Work closely with design, testing, and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, define MVP, and assess feasibility based on priorities and costs.
• Ensure high-quality system design aligned with global architecture principles.
• Support UAT, SIT, and post-deployment validation to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and drive innovation in technology solutions.
• Manage vendor collaboration, project timelines, and cost estimations for system enhancements.
• Provide technical expertise in Cards platforms (CardLink/VisionPlus) and payments ecosystems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years as a System Analyst in cards applications on mainframe platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Cards platforms (CardLink/VisionPlus) and mainframe technologies (CICS/COBOL).
• Experience in large-scale Cards migration and cross-functional system analysis.
• Strong understanding of Cards & Payments industry trends and core functionalities (interest, fees, loans, balance transfers, disputes, loyalty, etc.).
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with remote teams, and drive end-to-end project delivery.
