About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant to join our team remotely—exclusively within LATAM. You will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday Financials to enhance business operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in Workday modules, strong problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with global teams to implement seamless financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Configure, implement, and optimize Workday Financials (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, Reporting).
📌 Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and enhancements.
📌 Lead system implementation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user training.
📌 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workday Financials with business objectives.
📌 Provide ongoing support, ensuring system efficiency and best practices.

What You Bring:

📌 10+ years of experience in Workday Finance implementations or support.
📌 Strong expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Procurement, and related modules.
📌 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
📌 Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
