Head Of B2b and Trade
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our B2B and Modern Trade business. The successful candidate will oversee multiple business segments, including the Filling Sub-Department, System Air Conditioner, Room Air Conditioner, Enterprise Business Team (EBT), and Modern Trade Retail Channel. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the B2B and retail landscape, along with exceptional leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Filling Sub-Department:
Lead the team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
System Air Conditioner:
Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with product development teams to align products with customer needs and market trends.
Utilize sales data and market research to inform strategic decisions.
Room Air Conditioner:
Lead the team to achieve sales targets and strengthen market presence.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of business initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize performance.
Enterprise Business Team (EBT):
Drive sales growth and market share expansion in the enterprise segment.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to align business goals and execution.
Analyze data and market insights to refine business strategies.
Modern Trade Retail Channel:
Formulate and execute strategies to drive sales growth in modern retail trade.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the retail segment.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure offerings align with consumer demands and market trends.
Leverage market research and sales analytics to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the consumer electronics or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
