Why This Role?

We are looking for an enthusiastic"Quality Engineer" for one of our clients, who are a global technology leader with strong values to create superior products and services that contribute to a better global society. 

This is a full-tine onsite role at Pattoki, Sapphire (Factory Based).

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Oversight:
  Implement and maintain QA systems to ensure all products meet defined quality standards and specifications.

• Production Monitoring:
  Track daily, weekly, and monthly production performance against planned targets. Highlight any deviations and work with the KD partner to implement corrective actions.

• Dispatch Coordination:
  Monitor and coordinate finished goods dispatches, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proper documentation.

• Liaison with KD Partner Teams:
  Act as the main point of contact between KD partner's Production and Quality departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on quality and production matters.

• Root Cause Analysis & CAPA:
  Investigate any quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain detailed records of production vs. plan, quality checks, and dispatch data. Prepare regular reports for internal use.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Proactively identify areas for improvement in quality and process efficiency, and support initiatives for implementation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

* 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance or production-related roles.

* Experience working with third-party manufacturing or KD assembly setups is an advantage in consumer electronics industry.

* Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
