Role Overview
The Country Head will spearhead our strategic initiatives and operations within the designated region. This role demands a visionary leader with exemplary management skills, and the ability to drive growth and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Execution
Lead the development and execution of the country’s strategic plans, aligning them with corporate objectives and ensuring successful implementation. Foster a culture of innovation and agility to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Operational Excellence and Efficiency
Ensure that all functions operate in alignment with the company’s standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Financial Management and Growth
Oversee the financial performance of the country operations, ensuring growth and profitability targets are met. Implement robust financial practices, monitoring budgets, and driving cost-effective strategies.
Team Development and Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team. Cultivate a collaborative work environment, fostering professional growth and aligning team efforts with organisational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferable. Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in senior management roles, preferably within a multinational organisation.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, develop talent, and foster a positive organisational culture. Strong track record of achieving results and driving organisational performance.
Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience in crafting and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Ability to manage complex relationships and navigate cultural nuances.
