Business Development Consultant - Recruitment and Consulting Hire
We are now looking for an ambitious sales consultant in Mexico who wants to help us expand our business.

We are looking for a networked and results-oriented salesperson who knows the industry and has the ability to create new business opportunities.
📍 Location: Remote in Mexico
💼 Type: Independent consultant role, commission-based
What does the role entail?
🔹 Identify and create new business opportunities through your existing network
🔹 Sell recruitment and consulting services to companies, primarily in energy, IT, engineering or similar (but not required).
🔹 Build strong and long-term relationships with decision-makers
🔹 Be ready to actively contact potential customers through, for example, "cold calls"
🔹 Work independently, but in close collaboration with our Country Manager in Panama.
🔹 Participate in sales meetings and training in English with Sperton's global team.
Who are you?
✅ You have previous experience selling recruitment and/or consulting services
✅ You have an existing network of potential customers in Latin America.
✅ You are fluent in Spanish and comfortable with meetings and training in English
✅ You are skilled at building relationships and communicating well with both customers and internal teams.
✅ You are self-driven, results-oriented and enjoy commission-based compensation
✅ Experience with systems such as Teamtailor, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement.
