Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
• Drive market expansion for transport and logistics services and retain existing customer.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics for sales, customer service, and operations.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Customer Service & Client Relationship Management:
• Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
• Resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
Operations & Coordination:
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales & Operations within the Transport/Logistics industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
