Position: TEAM MEMBER - PLANT HR
Reporting to: LEAD - RPAL HR
Location: Sinnar, Nashik
Education Qualification: Graduate and preferably MBA in HR from a premier college
Experience required:
• 5-8 years of experience in HR Domain
• Should have worked as a HR Generalist
• Should have experience in all field of HR

Overview:
This role is responsible for dealing with daily plant level activities concerning workers welfare, wages attendance and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for entire HR and IR operations at SGD-II
• Responsible for manpower budgeting and to make manpower available through campus drives
• Accountable for coordinating with manpower contractor/service providers for mandatory compliance as per applicable law provisions
• Responsible for maintaining the plant discipline by forming the redressal committee to resolve the employee grievances timely
• Accountable for ensuring to complete statutory compliance applicable to the plant
• Responsible for preparing the training plan and arrange the trainer to impart the training to all associates/labour by preparing the skill matrix applicable to all
• Responsible for monitoring biometric attendance system for all manpower and proceed the billing accordingly
• Responsible for preparing monthly manpower cost/mandays MIS analysis
• Ensuring daily checking of attendance punches, leaves entries, absenteeism OT in contract software
• Accountable for preparing documentation for various audits like ISO,QMS, OHSAS etc. support to prepare training module or supporting data
• Responsible for employee engagement activity at least 2 nos per month
• Responsible for implementing Box leader concept in SGD-II division
• Responsible for entire administration of SGD-II division
• Responsible for preparing manpower strategy that includes long term deployment plan
• Responsible for maintain the industrial relations under control
