Key Responsibilities – Manufacturing Team Member

• Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures to manufacture products efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all quality checks are carried out at each stage of the production process.
• Participate actively in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with other team members and support functions to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintain accurate records, complete production documentation, and assist with periodic stock checks.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations as per company policy.
• Report any issues or deviations to supervisors promptly and support root cause analysis and solutions.
• Engage in ongoing skill-building and cross-training opportunities within the department.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience for Manufacturing Roles

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred. Recent graduates welcome to apply.
• Educational qualification: ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical certification is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, fast-paced team.
• Basic understanding of production processes, health and safety standards, and the importance of quality controls.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent work.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexible to work on shifts or weekends as required by the production schedule.
