Key Responsibilities – HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: drafting job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and managing offers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, supporting a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Maintain and update HR systems, records, and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support performance, development, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
- Collaborate with the payroll and finance teams for accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Assist in delivering employee engagement, inclusion and diversity, and recognition programmes.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive positive organisational change and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and Experience – HR, Recruitment, and People Support
- Previous experience in a HR Generalist or similar human resources role, ideally with recruitment responsibilities.
- Sound understanding of UK employment law, HR policies, and best practice talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
