Position: Team member- Maintenance
Reporting to: Lead Plant Maintenance
Location: Sinnar, Nashik
Experience & Qualification Knowledge:
- B.E / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering Organized person to ensure the preventive maintenance schedule.
- 4 to 6 years hard core experience in maintenance of modern equipment's and systematic machine & utility installation
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance
- Knowledge of Utilities- Compressor, DG, Cooling Tower, EOT cranes.
- Able to handle of Maintenance compliance, Safety
Job Purpose: Execute all activities relating to mechanical Preventive Maintenance to achieve Company objectives at the lowest possible cost and at the quality expectations established by company while maintaining a healthy, safe and clean work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for collaborates with manufacturing team and external stakeholders to look after maintenance and utility activities
- Responsible for applying engineering concepts for the optimization of equipment, procedures to achieve better maintainability, reliability, and availability of equipment.
- Owns responsibility for execution of all activities relating to mechanical maintenance to achieve company objectives at the lowest possible cost while maintaining a healthy, safe and clean work environment.
- Responsible for assisting in new equipment installation, conducts routine maintenance, performs duties that include fixing machinery, testing parts, putting schedules together, carrying out
- inspections, responding to problems, making repair arrangements, maintaining screw compressors & driving energy saving projects. Troubleshooting Equipment Failures
- Owns responsibility for troubleshooting equipment faults & malfunctions on site, and exhibity profound ability to address field failure on pneumatics, hydraulics & mechanical maintenance
- Owns responsibility for tempering & induction hardening related with mechanical & hydraulic.
- Accountability of reporting and resolving daily problems on the equipment's, by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution.
- Accountability of identifying the abnormality or symptom based on normal operation behaviour and determining the faulty element or component based on symptoms. Inspection, Repair & Routine Maintenance
- Responsibility of responds to customer callouts, travels to client locations for equipment inspection if necessary), services/replaces old or faulty equipment, removes old equipment, install new machines.
- Accountability of ensuring that equipment and machinery are running smoothly and efficiently Process Analysis & Improvement
- Accountability of ensuring upgradation & quality improvement through machine overhauling, geometrical correction & equipment replacement
