Head Family Office Networking Events

Overview:
Seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial-minded professional to lead the Family Office Events across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engaging with family offices, venture capital firms, private equity professionals, CIOs, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This role will involve curating and executing exclusive networking events, developing strategic partnerships, and transforming our association into a subscription-based model with a long-term vision of building an exclusive invitation-only networking platform over the next 20 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management & Networking: Plan and execute 12 high-impact events per year (breakfast and cocktail gatherings of 15-20 elite guests) across major cities in the country.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, VCs, PEs, and institutional investors to foster business collaborations.
- Podcast & Webinar Series: Organize thought leadership discussions, featuring key industry figures, to enhance the firm’s market positioning.
- Subscription Model Development: Create a revenue-generating membership framework for ongoing investor engagement and exclusive access.
- Market Expansion: Strategically grow the firm's network by identifying and onboarding relevant investors and decision-makers.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Secure sponsorship deals and partnerships that add value to events and increase profitability.
- Business Ownership & P&L Responsibility: Run the division with an entrepreneurial approach, taking full ownership of strategy, execution, and financial growth.
Requirements:
- 5-6+ years of experience in family office relations, investor networking, private equity, venture capital, or high-level corporate event management.
- Proven track record of successfully inviting and engaging high-profile investors, fund managers, and decision-makers.
- Strong connections within the family office, private equity, and venture capital community.
- Experience in curating intimate networking events and running premium content-driven engagements (podcasts, webinars, roundtables).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude—able to work independently and drive initiatives without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as required for in-person networking events
