About the Role
Are you a skilled Scrum Master with a passion for agile transformation and team success? Sperton Global is hiring on behalf of our leading client for an experienced Scrum Master to join their fast-paced, collaborative tech environment. Key Responsibilities
✅ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
✅ Remove blockers and shield the team from external distractions
✅ Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum values and continuous improvement
✅ Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog priorities and delivery alignment
✅ Track team progress using burndown charts, velocity metrics, and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
✅ Support scaled Agile environments and cross-team coordination
✅ Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and collaboration
Required Skills & Experience
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development teams
✅ Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
✅ Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
✅ Strong servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
✅ Experience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product, UX, etc.)
