Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Front-End Developer with a strong foundation in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (JS), HTML5, and CSS3. This role involves developing modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces for digital solutions within the energy and automation domain. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams working on industrial-grade software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable front-end interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
  
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to implement features.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust solutions.
  
• Work within Agile/Lean product development methodologies.
  
• Create structured documentation for processes and workflows.
  
• Bring innovation and structure in ambiguous or fuzzy development contexts.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and building responsive UIs.
  
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
  

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills:

• Background or experience in Power Systems, Substation Automation, or Industrial Automation (OT).
  
• Experience with WordPress, Magento, or other CMS/commerce platforms is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices or testing is a bonus.
  

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related fields.
  
• M.Sc. with a focus on substation automation or energy systems is advantageous.
