Why This Role?

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy "Insights Analyst" to join our Electronics division. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within retail or electronics, and will play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights to drive commercial strategies, improve performance, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggregate, clean, and manage large data streams from sales, retail, and internal systems.
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau, etc.) to track product performance, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
• Conduct detailed analysis of data trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support key business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Product teams to align insights with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs including sell-in/sell-out performance, market share, stock levels, and channel performance.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve data workflows for efficiency.
• Responsible for maintenance of sales application in coordination with regional HQ team and resolving any ad-hoc system related issues that impact the day to day business operations.
• Responsible for Sales operations including uploading of distributor invoice and Sell thru to mapped Channel.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA, BS from well reputed Universities (Lahore Based).
• Upto 2 years of experience in stakeholder management and data reporting and insights analysis.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, process improvement, and local market dynamics related to sales and operations management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
