Background of the Role:

As Project supply chain specialist, you will in close collaboration with our Sales and Project teams lead the Supply Chain Management in your projects from tender to project completion. You will make us competitive by actively finding the right suppliers and negotiating the best possible bid.You will be involved in projects of varying size and scope. Our customers perform their businesses in various fields, which means that the technology used also varies.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will plan, execute, and report on project sourcing performance.
• Define Project Procurement Rules.
• Establish and maintain the Project Procurement Plan.
• Oversee Order Placement and Deliveries to ensure timely execution and cost control.
• Develop and manage the supplier base and associated risks.
• Handle Supplier Quality Issues, Claim Management, and Supplier Performance Evaluation.
• Monitor and forecast cost reduction initiatives and spending trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of sound experience in project supply chain execution.
• Technical, Contractual and Commercial understanding.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain along with project management certification is a plus.
• Project execution experience.
• Product experience/knowledge.
