Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The prime responsibility for this role is calling potential and existing clients to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calling & Lead Generation
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a daily call log and update the client database regularly.
2. Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries over calls and emails.
- Coordinate with clients for order confirmation and documentation.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a point of contact between sales representatives, clients, and other departments.
- Handle follow-ups on quotes, client requirements, and feedback.
- Schedule meetings or client visits for the sales team.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
- Number of calls made
- Leads generated
- Profiles added to the database
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure client needs are clearly communicated to the sales team.
6. Administrative Support
- Handle sales-related paperwork, order forms, and invoicing.
- Monitor inventory levels of brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members when required.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
