Job Summary:

The Education Counselor is responsible for guiding students in choosing the right academic
programs and career paths based on their interests, qualifications, and goals. The role
involves providing information, counseling, and support throughout the admission process
while ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
 Counsel students on courses offered by the institution and match them to their career
aspirations.
 Handle inquiries through phone, email, walk-ins, or online platforms.
 Assist students in the admission process, including application submission,
documentation, and follow-ups.
 Provide detailed information about course content, eligibility, fees, and career
outcomes.
 Maintain regular contact with prospective students to convert inquiries into
admissions.
 Follow up with leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns.
 Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM system..
 Provide ongoing support and guidance to students even after enrollment, as needed.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Education, or related field.
 Prior experience in student counseling, career guidance, or education consultancy is a
plus.
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
 Ability to handle student queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
 Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
 Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
 Full-time position, including occasional weekend work.
