Technical Engineer

Dear All,

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Support

  • Help plan port usage and call schedules
  • Prepare reports using excel and basic SQL queries

2. System and Network Monitoring

  • Use tools like Zabbix or Nagios to monitor systems and networks
  • Inform the technical team if something goes wrong

3. Technical Maintenance

  • Do regular maintenance for user computers
  • Check UPS systems, batteries, and gensets
  • Fix basic internet or Wifi issues

4. Software Deployment

  • Deploy software using document provide, running linux commands
  • Test software with test cases after it is deployed

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Engineering or Diploma background
  • 1–2 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
  • Good at using Excel
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix or Nagios
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Understanding of how to set up Wifi and test internet connections
