SAP Consultant / Developer

• Location: Landkreis Freising / Munich North (On-site)
• Languages Required: German (C1), English (B2).

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SAP Consultant / Developer (m/f/d) to join our growing team near Munich. In this role, you will work on custom SAP solutions, process optimization, and international projects in security-sensitive industries such as aerospace and defense. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting, development, and customization within SAP environments.
• Design and implementation of custom SAP solutions and integration of external logistics modules.
• Process optimization and development in accounting and financial transactions.
• Contribution to long-term, security-sensitive projects in aerospace, defense, and related industries.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline SAP workflows and ensure system efficiency.
• Support large-scale international projects with a focus on financial processing and compliance.
• Potential to take on team leadership responsibilities in the future.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven expertise in at least two SAP modules, such as:
• SD (Sales & Distribution)
• MM (Material Management)
• FI (Finance)
• CO (Controlling)
• PS (Project Systems)
• WM (Warehouse Management)
  

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Oracle DB and Java.
• Broader knowledge across multiple SAP modules (generalist profile preferred over deep specialization).
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or security-related projects.
• Previous work as an external SAP consultant with interest in moving in-house into a strategic role.
• Strong interest in financial transactions, large-scale project accounting, and compliance.
• Academic degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field.
