PFB JD for Machine Filling Operator

Sector : Oil/Water/Juice/Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

  1. · Operate and monitor lubricant oil//water/juice/beverage filling machines efficiently and safely.
  2. · Ensure accurate filling of containers as per specifications and production targets.
  3. · Conduct routine checks and minor adjustments on machines to maintain smooth operation.
  4. · Perform basic troubleshooting of filling machines to avoid downtime.
  5. · Maintain cleanliness of machines and the surrounding work area.
  6. · Follow quality control standards to ensure correct weight and sealing of filled products.
  7. · Report any faults, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the maintenance team promptly.
  8. · Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies during operations

Requirements:

  1. · Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in oil or juice or water or beverage lubricant filling lines.
  2. · Hands-on knowledge of operating and maintaining oil//water/juice/beverage filling machines.
  3. · Ability to work in shifts and meet production schedules.
  4. · Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.
  5. · Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
  6. · Able to work in 12hours shift
  7. · Company-provided accommodation and transportation 
  8. · Paid leave with return air ticket every 2 years.
  9. · Standard benefits as per UAE labour law.
