Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to lead online marketing initiatives. The role focuses on developing and executing digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and manage paid campaigns to improve search rankings and traffic.

• Social Media Management: Create and manage content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns for product launches, newsletters, and promotions.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content such as blogs, product descriptions, case studies, and brochures.

• Website Management: Maintain and update the website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).

• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs using Google Analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

• Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract and convert leads through digital channels.

• Coordination: Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).

• Understanding of B2B marketing and industrial buyer behavior.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Marathi/Hindi is an advantage).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Candidates residing near Chakan/Nigdi preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
