Job Title: Inhouse-Berater / SAP Supply Chain & Development
Location: Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany.
Travel Requirement: Approx. 30% (support for international subsidiaries & SAP rollouts; company pool car available).
Remote Policy: Not fully remote, up to 2 home office days per week possible.
Languages Required: German (min. B2), English (min. B2).
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Inhouse-Berater / SAP Supply Chain & Development to strengthen our internal SAP team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to business units, supporting SAP supply chain processes, development needs, and international rollouts. You will work closely with stakeholders across subsidiaries, SAP experts, and external service providers to design solutions that drive efficiency and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an in-house consultant for SAP supply chain and development topics.
- Analyze, design, and implement solutions in relevant SAP modules.
- Perform customizing and coordinate SAP development with internal/external resources.
- Support subsidiaries during international SAP rollouts.
- Serve as a key contact for SAP-related issues and process optimizations.
- Collaborate with key users, SAP experts, and external partners for successful project execution.
- Train and support end users in effective use of SAP solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in at least three SAP modules: EWM, MM-PUR, QMP.
- Strong skills in SAP customizing and SAP development.
- Minimum 5 years of professional SAP consulting experience (or related roles).
- Fluent working knowledge of German (min. B2) and English (min. B2).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in international SAP roll-out projects.
- Background in supply chain processes or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with collaborating with external SAP service providers.
